Questions we often hear

How do I know if a sofa will fit through my door?

Check the width and height of your doorway, hallway and any stairs, then compare them with the sofa's packaged dimensions. We list both assembled and boxed sizes, and our team can advise on access before you order.

Can I switch a finish after I've placed an order?

If your order hasn’t entered production, you can usually change the finish or size at no extra cost. We’ll confirm in writing what’s possible and the deadline for changes.

What is your delivery timeframe?

In-stock items typically arrive within 5 to 7 working days, while made-to-order pieces can take 4 to 6 weeks. You’ll get a confirmed delivery window before you pay.

Are your furniture pieces assembled before delivery?

Delivery is to the room of your choice. Flat-packed items are assembled by our two-person team, or left in packaging if you prefer. Upholstered pieces arrive fully assembled.

What if something arrives damaged?

Photograph the damage within 48 hours and we’ll send a replacement part or arrange a return. Our team will coordinate a solution without you having to chase.

Do you offer a returns policy?

Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind on most items, as long as they’re unused and in original packaging. Furniture made to your specification is non-returnable unless faulty.
